Take one capsule in the morning and another in the afternoon before 2 pm. Individuals who weigh less than 150 lbs (68 kg) may find one capsule (half serving) to be sufficient, while larger individuals may take two capsules (one serving). Do not exceed more than 2 capsules within an 8-hour period.

Mild nausea may occur when PURE Majik is consumed on an empty stomach. Avoid taking PURE Majik after 2 pm, as it may lead to prolonged periods of increased energy and alertness. Some individuals may experience mild side effects, which could include occasional mild headaches, mild nausea, temporary digestive discomfort, mild drowsiness or a slight jittery feeling.

I take Majik plus nearly every day. Im not sure if i can tell a difference or not. So many of Pures products are designed to give energy so not sure if it is that or combination of them all. Havent lost any weight with it but I still like taking it. Probably doing more for me than I realize ~~

I used to fill my plate and eat it all. Mostly healthy food, and though people didn't think I'd gotten bigger, I watched the scale go up pound by pound over the last couple of years until I was 19 pounds above my usual weight—and could barely button my jeans. • 1 capsule a day in the morning has me feel full through dinner, especially if lunch is protein rich. If dinner is going to be a tempting chance to stuff myself, I'll take a 2nd capsule. I'm selective now so I can eat what I like best; I rarely have appetizers or snack. If served portions are large, I put down my fork and take home a "doggie bag" cuz I'm full. I've gradually, stress-free, lost 11 pounds. My Dr noticed. • Bottom line: I eat differently now cuz I feel I don't have room for a lot.

How much caffeine is in each capsule?
