Whether you're at home, at work, or on the go, Focus + Energy is ready when you are. Just toss a stick pack in your purse, briefcase, gym bag, or backpack. Pour the powder into water, shake, and enjoy a refreshing boost.

Add one packet to 8-12 fl. oz. of water (according to taste) and drink whenever a boost of energy is needed.
For children 12 through 17 years of age: Do not exceed one serving per day.
Focus + Energy contains 120 mg of caffeine per serving. Do not exceed three servings per day.

Administration (FDA) has placed an upper limit for a daily consumption

My experience with Energy has been life changing. I used to go to my car in the afternoon at work and take a nap b/c I had a slump so bad I could not stay awake. I no longer have to do that. Also, I no longer drink coffee since I drink Energy every morning.

I had to quit regular coffee because the caffeine gave me jitters and anxiety. I started taking this product and was amazed. No jitters and sustained energy. Mental focus and clarity on the job.
